A website doesn't have to be complicated or detailed to earn you money.
There are one-page websites called Squeeze Pages that present an offer to the visitor in exchange for their name and email address. Why is this valuable? Collecting a list of subscribers and providing them something of real value builds relationships and trust. Recommending products that you have tried and have found valuable - one you have established this trust - will, in many cases result in you selling that product to many of your subscribers.
